Advance registration for Mini-gatherings will be a “Season's Pass” style again this year. $25.00 for pads, chanters and Grade 5; $50 for piping; at least a 50% savings if you attend all events!

Registering in advance helps us plan and run events smoothly as well as reducing our “all volunteer” administration time.

If you are pre-registering and are aware in advance that you will not be participating at all gatherings, please fill out the registration form accordingly. Your registration must be received by December 31 in order to qualify for the scholarships.

Advantages of advance registration:

Easy single payment of $50 ($25 for Grade 5, chanter, and drumming)
Enables you to participate in all 2008 season WPA mini-gathering events.
Faster check-in on event day
Save $$$ even if you can’t make it to every gathering
Same-day registration is available ONLY from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. @ $10.00/event.
If you participate in 4 of 5 competitions, you can be picked in a random drawing for scholarships at the end of the season!

Bands: It is especially important that Bands pre-register.
We make every effort possible to accommodate performers.
